User accounts

Select a name to manage their applications and permissions. Online means an open JMS app contacted the server within the last two minutes. Closing an app or losing connection can take up to two minutes to show as offline. Last seen is kept after sign-out; times use your device’s time zone.

Guest preset enables read-only Operations in RaceOps. It does not enable JMS administration or other applications.

Engineer’s assigned drivers

Leave all boxes unticked for no driver access. Only ticked drivers’ debriefs are visible.

Debrief Admins can see all drivers. Use Engineer to restrict driver access.

For Driver access, a linked profile is created automatically when Debrief is opened. Edit their car number, country, photo and other details in Driver Debrief. Existing driver links are kept.

Initial / reset password

Assigned passwords do not expire. Existing passwords cannot be viewed. Leave this blank when editing to keep the current password.

Users can keep the assigned password or change it under My account whenever they want. Saving changes signs this person out of every app.

Delete account

This removes the account from the users list and signs the person out of every JMS app. Historical orders, stock records and debriefs are kept. The username stays reserved for those records.
